Our databank Prosperus has been developped specifically for non-profit organisations. In accordance with GDPR we will completely take over the whole data managing. Every change of the address, every donation, every mailing will be registered. You will be always able to see who has contributed financially to what and when. We oversee backuping of data, address selection and further development on all levels.
Prosperus sets up the necessary statistics evaluation and reports on the success of individual campaigns. The specially developped evaluation of donors, the so called scoring model, makes our mailings optimal and cuts costs. Complete analyses of the resultat is base for decisions on how, when and with who you effectively communicate.
